Eligibility

To register as a member of asmithramatrimony4u.com or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years and above for females and 21 and above for males) The asmithramatrimony4u.com website is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time asmithramatrimony4u.com is the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made a misrepresentation about your eligibility, asmithramatrimony4u.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

Term

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to asmithramatrimony4u.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. asmithramatrimony4u.com may terminate your access to the Site and App or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to asmithra4umatrimony.com. If asmithramatrimony4u.com terminates your membership for the mentioned services provided to you it is only because you have breached the Agreement, which accounts you of not being entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees.

Content Posted on the Site

You understand and agree that asmithramatrimony4u.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of asmithramatrimony4u.comviolate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either asmithramatrimony4u.com and/or its Members.

Copyright Policy

If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Asmithramatrimony4u.com service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other asmithramatrimony4u.com Members. asmithramatrimony4u.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. asmithramatrimony4u.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However asmithramatrimony4u.com is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complaints. asmithramatrimony4u.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs use of the asmithramatrimony4u.com website and Our App  asmithramatrimony4u.com services.

Common Options for All Registration Types

o  asmithramatrimony4u.com is a Service Oriented Matrimonial Web portal, We Provides both Online & Offline Services to our Customers.

o   Profile listing up-to Marriage or Validity of Registration is up to marriage

o   Customer can select Online or Offline Services; we have no other Branches at present.

o   Note: Renewal and special pack fee is applicable with online and outlet registrations to use various type of facilities mentioned. Even if you did not any matching profiles to you, No refund available. In such causes validity will be extended if you did not cross the contact view limits.

o   Service Charge applicable for Online & Offline Services Provided for Platinum & Premium Registrations Types 

o   Service Charges will be as per Your Agreement Note in Registration Form. There is no Commission for Customers. For wedding needs of poor girls, 50% of the amount you give will be set aside and deserving will be found.

Special Note:

     A fine of Rs.10,000 will be levied if we notice that your marriage took place through our matrimony but did not inform us and did not provide the wedding photo.
